Speckey is opening soon in Bowen Hills, and we're looking for experienced baristas to join our launch team.
Speckey is a grab-and-go coffee bar. Quality espresso, served fast, for the people of Bowen Hills starting their day. Our menu is short on purpose: great coffee, a handful of signature iced drinks, and pastries from a local bakery.
What you'll bring
- Solid barista experience in a busy café
- Confidence dialling in and adjusting through the day
- Consistent shots and silky milk, every cup
- Speed and calm through the morning rush
- A genuine interest in the people on the other side of the counter
The roles
- Part time: 20-30 hours a week, a mix of weekdays and one weekend day
- Casual: flexible shifts covering the team, with more hours as we grow
The shifts
- Weekdays:
early starts, finishing by 2pm
- Weekends: 7am-1pm
- No nights. Rosters built together with the team.
