Lawn & Garden Team Member – Outdoor Role with Real Career Progression

We are a growing lawn, garden and strata-maintenance company servicing the Central Coast and Northern Sydney. We offer a full range fo services from lawn/garden maintenance to full garden redevelopment and installation.

The Role

This is a hands-on,



fast-paced role working alongside an experienced team.

Daily tasks include:

- Lawn mowing (push and ride-on)
- Whipper snipping and blowing
- Hedging, pruning and weeding
- General garden maintenance
- Assisting with new lawn and garden installations
- Uploading job photos and notes via smartphone app
- Basic upkeep of vehicles and equipment (fuel, cleaning, and reporting issues)

If you show initiative, leadership and reliability, you’ll have opportunities to step into Crew Leader roles or progress to horticulture or landscaping development pathways.

Who We’re Looking For

- Positive attitude and pride in producing neat, high-quality work
- Experience in mowing/gardening
- Ability to identify weeds vs plants and understand presentation standards — or be willing to learn from our qualified horticulturists
- Valuable time management and ability to stay productive
- Comfortable using a smartphone for job apps/photos/notes
- Works well in a team and follows direction

Licensing & Transport

- Must have your own transport to the Gosford depot
- Driver’s licence preferred for team members
- Manual licence essential for crew leaders (or willingness to learn under our guidance)

Checks (or willing to obtain):

- Working With Children Check - we service preschools and NDIS
- Police Check - for Government sites
- White Card - building and construction areas

Pay

Pay is negotiable based on experience, skill level and attitude, with clear pay progression as you grow.
