About the Role

SSP Australia is seeking passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Attendant to join our teams across multiple venues at Melbourne Airport. Working across multiple cafes, restaurants and bar we have Part-Time and Full-Time positions available depending on experience and availability.

This is an exciting opportunity to support daily operations in a rapid-paced airport environment, leading a team and delivering high-quality food and beverage experiences. You’ll work closely with the Restaurant Manager to maintain service standards and create memorable guest experiences.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

- Previous Bar, Restaurant or cafe experience
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a lead-by-example attitude.
- Sound knowledge of food safety and RSA requirements.
- Flexible availability across early mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
- A genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and teamwork.
