Looking for a casual personal training role in Sandringham? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
Pay and super
Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What we are looking for
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
What you will do
Work within our coaching and administration processes. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
Availability needed
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
