Macedon Bubble Tea | Romsey and Kyneton, Victoria

We’re looking for a reliable, friendly and proactive team member to join Macedon Bubble Tea as we grow our local family business.

We’re starting with a regular Friday shift at our Romsey trailer, with the opportunity to take on additional shifts as the business expands.

What you’ll be doing

- Preparing and serving bubble tea and other drinks
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly service
- Taking orders and operating our POS system
- Preparing and restocking ingredients
- Keeping the workspace clean and organised
- Learning opening and closing procedures
- Potentially taking responsibility for shop operations as you gain experience

About you

- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Friendly and confident with customers
- Comfortable working independently once trained
- Happy to learn current systems and follow procedures
- Responsible with cash, stock and food hygiene
- Interested in growing with a small local business

- Potential for additional weekday shifts in Kyneton in 2027
- Award-compliant pay based on the duties and classification of the role
