SCRM Media Real Estate is a recent Melbourne property media business creating listing videos and social content for real estate agents. We're the sister company of SCRM Media, which produces content for more than 50 car dealerships around Australia. We're growing fast and want someone who is keen to learn filming and editing properly and grow with us.

You don't need years of experience. What matters is that you want to get good at this, you take feedback well and you turn up when you say you will. We'll teach you how we shoot property interiors and exteriors, film agents for vertical social videos, and edit both horizontal property films and short-form vertical content. You'll learn how to get clean audio, good pacing and consistent branding, and how to run a shoot on your own.

As you improve, you'll get more responsibility, more hours and the chance to help shape how the business produces content as it scales.

Pay is $35 to $45 per hour including casual loading, plus super,



depending on experience and progression.

You'll be a good fit if you:

- Are genuinely interested in video, whether that's personal projects, uni or TAFE work, or content you've made for fun
- Have some basic experience with editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve, or are ready to learn one quickly
- Are reliable, communicate clearly and are comfortable talking to clients on site
- Can get yourself to shoots around Melbourne
- Are available for flexible casual work, including some weekday daytime shoots
