As we continue to grow nationally, we’re looking for a motivated Customer Account Manager to join our team and play an important role in our success. What you’ll be doing Build and nurture long-term customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner by understanding their business and offering technical advice, product knowledge, and tailored solutions.



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory to grow sales and exceed monthly sales and margin targets. Promote OTR Tyres products and services across the agriculture market and manage your territory effectively, which includes regular regional travel. You’ll ideally have Proven experience in sales, customer account management, parts interpreting, or a similar industry role, ideally within the agriculture sector. Strong mechanical aptitude or trade background, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively develop new business, and manage your own territory—including regional travel for approximately two weeks per month. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, plus a current and valid Driver’s Licence. This is more than just a sales role.
