About the Role
/n An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Performance Analyst to join a high-performing investment business experiencing strong growth across its portfolio of funds and investment solutions. /n Working closely with experienced performance professionals, you'll develop specialist expertise in investment performance measurement, attribution analysis and portfolio reporting across a range of investment strategies. This role is ideally suited to an analytical graduate or early-career professional looking to establish a long-term career within funds management, investment operations or investment analytics. /n You'll gain exposure to leading fund managers, institutional investment products and the broader investment industry while working in a collaborative and supportive environment focused on professional development. /n

Key Responsibilities

- Support the production of investment performance and attribution reporting /n
- Conduct portfolio, benchmark and market data validation checks /n
- Assist with client, consultant and fund manager reporting requirements /n
- Respond to performance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders /n




- Liaise with external investment data and market information providers /n /n About You /n /n
- Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Studies, Engineering or a related STEM discipline /n
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities /n
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy /n
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach /n
- Eagerness to build a long-term career within investment management /n /n
