Lash N Brow Lounge is a boutique lash and brow studio in South Morang, Melbourne. We're known for natural, customised sets / accurate brow work / insane korean lash lifts and a calm, luxe client experience. As the owner, I'm also an industry educator, so the studio is a place to keep learning and building your skills. We're growing quickly and are looking for a skilled lash artist to join us before Christmas.

What you'll do

- Perform hybrid, volume and wispy lash extension services
- Perform korean lash lifts and tints and brow services (I can train you)
- Run thorough consultations and patch tests, and give clear aftercare advice
- Keep your workstation and tools hygienic and up to infection-control standards
- Build client relationships and encourage rebookings
- Help keep the studio running smoothly (bookings, stock, tidy space)

What we're looking for





- Accredited certification in lash extensions
- 1+ years salon or studio experience, or a strong portfolio of recent work
- Excellent retention, consistent mapping and a great eye for styling
- A friendly, professional manner and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and able to work Saturdays / late nights
- Nice to have: brow lamination, tinting, Korean lash lift experience
