Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Palmerston who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay rates
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
What you will need
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid,
CPR and a Working with Children Check.
Day to day
Attend mentoring and team workshops. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
