Personal Trainer | Binna Burra

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Binna Burra. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

What we are looking for

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

The role

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay structure





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
