Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Petersham

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Petersham who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay rates

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.




- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- What you will need
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
