URGENT HIRING – MALE DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKER (Read before applying)

Starting 1 November 2026

Care Connect Melbourne is seeking a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic male disability support worker to support clients across Melbourne’s western suburbs.

One of our clients is a friendly teenager who would enjoy connecting with someone around his age. A male worker under 25 is preferred for this client, with shared interests and the ability to build positive rapport.

- Starting rate: $37.46 per hour
- Minimum 10 hours of work per week
- Required availability: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Locations: Brookfield, Kingsville, Tarneit and Melton

Your responsibilities

- Provide respectful, person-centred support tailored to each client’s needs.
- Assist with community participation, outings, appointments and everyday activities.
- Build positive relationships and encourage independence.
- Transport clients safely using your own vehicle.
- Follow client support plans and communicate any concerns to the coordination team.
- Complete accurate shift notes after each shift.

Essential requirements

- Male support worker.




- Available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
- Able to work across all four locations: Brookfield, Kingsville, Tarneit and Melton.
- Valid driver’s licence and your own reliable, insured sedan.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate.
- A friendly, patient and dependable approach, with transparent communication skills.
