At Char'd, every chicken is marinated for 48 hours, cooked over real charcoal, and nothing sits longer than 15 minutes. Our Eastern Creek store is busy and we need a charcoal cook who takes pride in getting it right.
What you'll do
- Light and manage the coals, then load and run the rotisserie
- Cook every bird to standard, batch after batch
- Run the 15-minute fresh rule through the rush
- Keep your station clean, stocked and ready for the next batch
You'll fit in if you
- Like hands-on work around heat and fire
- Are reliable on opens
- Take pride in getting it right every time
You don't need experience. You need a can-do attitude, and we'll teach you the rest. Grill or rotisserie experience is a bonus.
