Quest Moonee Valley is a 64 room property located in Moonee Ponds.

We’re on the lookout for a new Housekeeper to join our team on a casual / part-time / full-basis.

The Role

Quest Moonee Valley’s housekeepers are highly valued members of our team, and key to ensuring positive experiences for our guests and the overall success of the business.

In particular, the role involves providing housekeeping and room attendant services for apartments (studio, 1 bedroom, 2, 3 bedroom apartments and a few townhouses) and cleaning common areas to ensure high standards of presentation of the property in line with the Quest brand standards, and efficient operations based on occupancy demands and guest needs. This property does not have a lift and requires regular use of stairs between floors. Please consider if this is suitable for you prior to applying.



A medical certificate to confirm you are permitted to work at the premises may be required.

The Ideal Candidate

Will demonstrate a can-do, responsible, and flexible approach to work, excellent communication skills, a friendly customer service demeanor, a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, discretion in guest interaction, and a strong appreciation for workplace safety. An ability to follow instructions and work quickly and efficiently to achieve individual and team goals is key.

Prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role ideally in a business environment is essential, and qualifications and prior experience in the hospitality, travel or tourism industries would be highly regarded.

The successful applicant must be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and have entitlements to work in Australia.
