About the Position
We are currently seeking a dedicated Practice Receptionist who provide the very important first contact with our patients. You will need to have great customer service skills, the ability to show compassion and empathy, along with a high standard of administrative abilities.
You will provide excellent service to our patients in accordance with PRP Imaging's values and principles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Reception and general administration duties
- Managing data entry,
appointments and patient enquiries;
- Liaising with referring doctors;
- Operating our booking system;
- Performing other duties as required by management
About You:
You must have outstanding customer services with excellent interpersonal skills, particularly compassion and empathy. You will be knowledgeable in MS Office with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all circumstances. You must have the ability to prioritise your workload and be able to multi-task in busy workplace. You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive team and work autonomously. You will be ambitious and thrive in an environment where you will be challenged. You will be given the opportunity to grow your career and rewarded for great performance.
