Personal Trainer Wanted | Snap Fitness Moe Newborough
Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Newborough. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.
Qualifications
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- When you need to be available
You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability,
not guaranteed paid hours.
What we provide
Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
The role
Attend mentoring and team workshops. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Talk new enquiries through how the training works. Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
