About the Role
As a Process Worker in our Smallgoods Manufacturing team, you'll be involved in:
- Processing and preparing meat products
- Working with raw meat throughout the production process
- Supporting production lines and machine operators
- Following food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Manual handling and repetitive production tasks
What We're Looking For
- Comfortable working directly with raw meat products
- Able to work in wet, chilled, and physically demanding conditions
- Strongly focused on safety, quality, and teamwork
- Reliable and hardworking individuals
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in manufacturing, food processing, warehousing, or a similar environment is highly regarded but not essential
