Workers and subcontractors engaged by AAA SISTERS CLEANING CO PTY LTD are expected to:

- Deliver high-quality residential and commercial cleaning services.
- Follow AAA Sisters Cleaning Co cleaning procedures, work instructions and safety requirements.
- Complete all cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and in accordance with manufacturer instructions and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
- Use the cleaning products, mops and related cleaning supplies provided or approved by AAA Sisters Cleaning Co.
- Supply and maintain their own suitable, reliable vacuum cleaner for cleaning jobs.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when dealing with clients.
- Arrive at all jobs on time and notify management as soon as possible if delayed or unable to attend.
- Report hazards, incidents, property damage or safety concerns immediately.
- Respect client privacy, property and confidentiality at all times.
- Ensure all work areas are left clean, tidy and safe before leaving.
- Follow all applicable WHS and hygiene procedures.
- Wear required PPE when performing cleaning duties.

Cleaning Equipment & Products

AAA SISTERS CLEANING CO PTY LTD will provide or nominate the preferred:

- Mops and mop systems.
- Cleaning chemicals and products.
- Other cleaning supplies as agreed with the company.

Subcontractors are expected to use AAA Sisters Cleaning Co's nominated mops and cleaning products wherever provided, rather than substituting their own products without approval.

Subcontractors must provide their own:

- Reliable vacuum cleaner suitable for professional cleaning.
- Basic personal cleaning equipment required for their assigned work, where agreed with management.
- Any required PPE that has not been supplied by the company.

All equipment must be clean, protected, well-maintained and suitable for the work being performed.

Mandatory Checks & Requirements





Before commencing work with AAA SISTERS CLEANING CO PTY LTD, workers/subcontractors may be required to provide evidence of:

- Working With Children Check (WWCC) – current and valid where required for the work being undertaken.
- National Police Check – current and satisfactory for company requirements.
- Right to work in Australia.
- ABN, where engaged as a subcontractor.
- Current Public Liability Insurance, where required for subcontractors.
- Valid Driver Licence, where required.
- Reliable vehicle and transport to attend scheduled jobs.

Workers and subcontractors are responsible for notifying AAA Sisters Cleaning Co if any required check, licence, insurance or eligibility status changes.

AAA SISTERS CLEANING CO PTY LTD expects all workers and subcontractors to:

- Be willing to correct or rectify cleaning issues when reasonably required.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and property.

Company Standard

Every person representing AAA SISTERS CLEANING CO PTY LTD is expected to maintain a professional standard of conduct and workmanship.

Our goal is to provide clients with reliable, trustworthy and consistently high-quality cleaning services while ensuring our workers and subcontractors follow appropriate safety and company procedures.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
