Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Craigieburn Westmeadows

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Westmeadows who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will do
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- No gym rent is charged.



Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
