Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Abbotsford

Looking for a casual personal training role in Abbotsford? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full time hours.

Your responsibilities

- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission.



The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
