Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Cabarita

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Cabarita. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full time hours.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

Your availability

- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What it pays

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week




- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Your responsibilities
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
