About the role

We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Taree area to support a 16-year-old male to live independently within his own home.

Duties include but not limited too

- Personal care

- Meal prep
- Medication monitoring

- PEG feeding

- Support home schooling and daily activities

- Support social interactions and activities within the community

Reporting and documentation

You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.

What you need

- Current references
- Mobile phone
- Current driver's license and your own car (mandatory)

- Vehicle registration

- NDIS workers screening check or willing to obtain (mandatory)
- First Aid certificate or willing to obtain (mandatory)




- WWCC-Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain (Paid check mandatory)

Certificate III (Ageing and Disability) or equivalent (mandatory)

Shift times available are:

- Monday 0900 - 1500

- Tuesday 0900 - 1500

- Wednesday 0900 - 1500
