About Us

Pegasus Supply Solutions is an established Australian-owned business specialising in the supply of duty-free beverages to the international cruise industry and export markets.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Driver to join our Sydney warehouse and logistics team.

This is not your typical delivery role. You will be responsible for transporting and delivering goods directly to cruise ships at various Sydney cruise terminals, working within a busy and time-sensitive logistics environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a workload that follows the Australian cruise season.

Our busiest period runs from October through April, when additional working hours, early starts, weekends and occasional public holidays are required to meet cruise ship schedules. Overtime and applicable penalty rates are paid for qualifying hours.

Key Responsibilities

· Operating company HR vehicles to deliver stock to cruise ships at Sydney terminals and other local destinations as required.

· Loading, securing, transporting and unloading palletised and cartonised goods safely.

· Coordinating with warehouse staff, terminal operators and vessel representatives to ensure timely deliveries.

· Completing delivery documentation and following port security and safety procedures.

· Undertaking daily vehicle safety checks and maintaining the vehicle in a clean and roadworthy condition.

· Assisting with general logistics and warehouse activities where required.

About You

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of punctual deliveries and can operate confidently in a busy logistics environment.

The successful applicant will have:

· A current, valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence.

· Demonstrated experience driving heavy rigid vehicles, preferably within Sydney metropolitan areas.

· A strong safety record and sound knowledge of road transport regulations.





· Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.

· Experience in loading, load restraint and safe freight handling.

· The physical capability to undertake loading and unloading duties.

· Flexibility to work additional hours, weekends and occasional public holidays during the cruise season.

· The ability to satisfactorily complete police and security background checks.

· A current Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC), or eligibility to obtain one.
