We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Assistant Manager to support our store manager with daily operations, team coordination and customer service.
Requirements: Available to work 4–5 days per week Responsible, proactive and a positive communicator Previous sushi shop, hospitality or management experience preferred Must have valid Australian work rights. Long-term visa holders and candidates seeking a long-term role are preferred.
