Front-of-House Bakery Café Position – Artisan Baker Wagga Wagga

We’re seeking a well‑presented, qualified and motivated front‑of‑house bakery cafe team member to join our team on a casual basis. This role is primarily weekday work, with occasional Saturday shifts when required. Wages are paid at the Award rate.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting customers and assisting with orders
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Preparing and serving drinks (barista experience not required, but will be viewed favourably)
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming bakery shop/café area
- Preparing and maintaining bakery shop for day’s trade - restocking bread and food items
- Maintaining a clean, welcoming bakery shop/café area
- Performing bakery shop closure – packing away unsold products and undertaking our daily cleaning routine
- Working collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For





- Availability for day shifts between 8am and 4pm Tuesday to Friday
- Mainly weekday availability, with flexibility for occasional Saturdays
- Experience in a similar role will be looked upon favourably
- Well‑presented, professional, and confident in a fast‑paced café environment
- Immediate start preferred

Pay: $34.76 per hour

Pay: $26.44 – $34.76 per hour
