Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Tweed South Round Mountain

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Round Mountain. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What we provide

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week




- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- When you need to be available

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
