This is an excellent prospect for a qualified refrigeration mechanic who enjoys fault-finding, working independently and servicing a diverse range of commercial HVAC equipment.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Carrying out preventative maintenance, servicing and repairs of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
- Diagnosing and rectifying electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults.
- Servicing and repairing VRV/VRF systems, ducted air conditioning, packaged units and split systems.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting air handling units (AHUs), ventilation systems and associated mechanical equipment.
- Diagnosing faults in electrical controls, sensors, motors, variable speed drives and control circuits.




- Undertaking breakdown repairs and identifying opportunities to improve system performance and reliability.
- Preparing accurate service reports, maintenance records and recommendations for repairs.
- Liaising professionally with clients, facility managers and other contractors.
- Working independently and managing daily service tasks efficiently.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant Australian Standards, WHS requirements and industry best practices.

Pay: $120,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
