Female Disability Support Workers Wanted – Narre Warren & Cranbourne North

Serena Care is seeking compassionate, reliable and experienced female Support Workers for two participants.

Position 1 – Narre Warren (Elderly Client)

- Monday to Thursday | 10:30 AM – 2:30 PM
- Elderly client living with early-onset dementia/Alzheimer's.
- Independently mobile but requires supervision.
- Support with personal care, ADLs, domestic assistance and companionship.
- Dementia/aged care experience preferred.

Position 2 – Cranbourne North (Child with Autism)

- Saturday & Sunday | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Play-based activities and community access.
- Personal care, supervision and transport to activities.
- Experience supporting children with autism preferred.

Requirements:

- Female staff (participant preference)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Relevant Police Check, NDIS Screening and WWCC (as applicable)
- First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain)




- Culturally sensitive; experience supporting Asian families is an advantage.

Pay: $40–$50/hr (subject to applicable award rates)
