As a Demi Chef, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, supporting the delivery of exceptional food while continuing to refine your craft in a creative and collaborative kitchen environment.

- Prepare, cook and present dishes with consistency, precision and attention to detail
- Work collaboratively with our culinary leaders and wider kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences

About You:

We are looking for enthusiastic culinary professionals who bring energy, pride and a genuine passion for their craft.

- A passion for culinary excellence, with experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen and an appreciation for exceptional food and presentation
- Recognised culinary qualifications, holding a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (SIT30821) or an equivalent recognised qualification, supported by practical experience in a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen
- Strong culinary foundations, developed through relevant qualifications, formal training or practical kitchen experience
- Confidence and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain consistency and quality throughout busy service periods
- A collaborative spirit, thriving in a professional kitchen where teamwork, communication and shared success matter
- Curiosity and ambition, with a genuine commitment to developing culinary skills, embracing creativity and progressing professionally
- Reliability, organisation and initiative,



with the confidence to take ownership of responsibilities while supporting colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability, with availability across a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
