Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West Tennyson Point

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Tennyson Point, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Pay

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Your responsibilities





- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
