Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Concord West North Sydney

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in North Sydney. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- What you will do
- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- When you need to be available

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings.



This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

To be considered

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Support

There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
