What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering friendly customer service and creating a welcoming experience.
- Preparing coffee and other delicious beverages.
- Serving and packaging donuts and other products.
- Operating the POS system and handling payments.
- Keeping the store clean, organised, and ready for customers.
- Supporting the team during busy trading periods.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Previous coffee-making experience is required.
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work across weekdays, weekends, and varying shifts.
- Full availability during the upcoming peak trading period is required.

We’re looking for applicants with full availability across our trading hours, including weekdays and weekends, particularly during the upcoming peak trading period.
