Affinity Global Experts is a growing migration and education consultancy helping individuals, families and students navigate their Australian migration and education journeys.
We are looking for a creative, proactive and commercially minded Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an exciting chance for someone with hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media and content creation who wants to develop their skills while contributing to the growth of our business.
You will work closely with our team to create engaging content, strengthen our online presence, support digital advertising campaigns and generate enquiries through social media and other digital channels.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating, planning and scheduling content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant digital platforms.
- Developing engaging social media posts, reels, stories,
carousels and short-form videos.
- Supporting Meta advertising campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram ads.
- Assisting with digital marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Creating marketing graphics and videos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe or similar tools.
- Researching trending topics, relevant hashtags, content ideas and audience interests.
- Supporting the promotion of Australian visa services, migration updates and education-related services.
- Monitoring social media engagement, campaign performance and audience growth.
- Assisting with website content updates, basic SEO and online marketing activities.
- Maintaining a content calendar and ensuring consistent posting across platforms.
- Analysing campaign results and recommending improvements to content and advertising performance.
- Ensuring all marketing content is professional, accurate and consistent with the company's brand.
