A full-time position is available for an experienced Field Service Technician to join the team based in Malaga with daily travel within the Perth Metro area and semi-regular regional travel within WA by car and air. You will be responsible for technical support including installation and commissioning, fault diagnosis and resolution, preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment. A customer service focus with clear communication skills is necessary to succeed in this dynamic role.

Key responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of sterilisation equipment
- Fault diagnosis and resolution
- Preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Technical support to customers
- Training customers and explaining the use and operation of technical equipment

About you

- Demonstrated capability in steriliser repair, service and calibration
- Experience working with steam sterilisers is essential, regardless of size
- Washer disinfector experience preferred
- Current WA Driver's license
- Valid Australian work rights and ability to pass security clearances
- Ability to travel semi-regularly by car and air to regional areas of WA
- Electrical License – Automotive or Restricted Electrical License (WA) highly desirable but not essential
- Warm and approachable personality with the ability to train customers
- Strong customer service focus with clear communication skills
