A Position has become available for a qualified and experienced Cook/Chef (long-term position) to deliver dinner service and to work currently Friday/Saturday night service and supporting the head chef.
Further shifts may become available for the right candidate. Highlight weekday availability.
The Boot Factory is a retro-style eatery located within the Pentridge precinct in Coburg, offering a diverse menu that combines modern Australian cuisine with international influences.
We have opened Harper and Sole for dinner service.
Requirements:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualification)
- Experience with restaurant dinner service
- The ability to work across larder, food pass, grill and fry section
- Possess excellent knife and Prep skills
- At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience as a Cook/Chef
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen workplace
Pay: $32.00 – $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
