Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement control systems for robotics and automation projects.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and project teams to integrate control systems into complete solutions.
- Conduct analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure compliance with project requirements and industry standards.
- Lead control system design projects from concept to completion, mentoring junior engineers as needed.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in robotics/automation control systems.
- Strong proficiency in Siemens (SIMATIC S7, TIA Portal) and Rockwell (ControlLogix, Studio 5000)



PLC programming.
- Solid understanding of electrical drawings, motion control, and communication protocols.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Leadership experience in guiding engineers and delivering projects end‑to‑end.
