Food preparation: Prepare ingredients, cut vegetables, portion meat and seafood, and prepare sauces.
Cooking skills: must be familiar with chinese cuisine
Kitchen hygiene: Maintain a clean kitchen and follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
Food storage: Store ingredients correctly and monitor stock freshness and expiry dates.
Kitchen equipment: must be able to be handle a wok and also safely operate stoves, ovens and other kitchen equipment.
Able to understand and speak English is a must. Chinese language is a bonus.
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
