Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness North Kellyville Castle Hill

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Castle Hill, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

What you will need

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Rent and support

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm




- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.

Day to day

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
