We are an established food importer and wholesaler seeking friendly, reliable customer service staff to join our Mount Waverley office.

Your responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
- Enter and process customer orders accurately.
- Assist with product, stock availability and delivery enquiries.
- Coordinate with our sales, warehouse and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer records and assist with general administration.

About you

- Good spoken and written English.
- A friendly telephone manner and a helpful approach to customers.
- Solid attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Comfortable using computers and learning order processing systems.
- Reliable, organised and able to work well in a team.
- Customer service or administration experience is welcome.
- Japanese, Chinese or Korean language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
