Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Concord West Woolwich

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Woolwich. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:





- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- What we provide

Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.
