Aurea Gourmet is looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to join our team.
We’re seeking someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and hands-on experience managing both bar operations and coffee service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and coffee operations.
- Lead, train and manage baristas and bar staff.
- Maintain high standards of coffee quality, beverage presentation and customer service.
- Manage staff rostering, stock control and ordering.
- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation and workplace standards.
About You
- Previous experience in a Bar Manager or senior hospitality role.
- Solid knowledge of coffee preparation and barista operations.
- Proven experience managing bar operations and leading a team.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leader with a positive attitude and a robust work ethic.
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
