Term: Full Time
Raine & Horne Kurralta Park is a successful inner-west real estate agency with a friendly, supportive culture and an established, award-winning team. We are seeking an experienced Property Manager, or an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager, to join our close-knit team, where exceptional customer service, honest communication and strong relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
We take pride in delivering a high standard of service, with a solid focus on attention to detail and doing things properly. Our approach is centred on quality, not quantity, allowing us to provide personalised service to our landlords and tenants rather than managing high-volume portfolios.
The ideal candidate will be genuine, self-motivated and adaptable, with a positive attitude and a natural commitment to providing outstanding service. You’ll work closely with a small, collaborative team, taking an active role in the day-to-day management of residential properties in a supportive environment where your contribution is valued.
The position offers the opportunity to work full or part-time and offers genuine flexibility to working hours. It’s an excellent opportunity for a Property Manager looking to be part of a well-established agency that values both its people and the quality of its service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of a residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining positive working relationships with landlords and tenants
- Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections
- Arrears management & control
- Managing maintenance efficiently and proactively
- Document preparation and coordinating leases, renewals and rent reviews
- Rental open inspections and tenant screening & selection
- Preparing bond refunds and tribunal representation if required
- Ensuring compliance with SA legislation
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified in Residential Property Management – Current SA registration
- Experience in residential property management preferred, but not essential for the right candidate
- Hold a current drivers’ licence and reliable car
- An understanding of new technology & a readiness to embrace it
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent professional communication skills – both written and oral
- Ability to show initiative, work autonomously and within a team environment
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn, take direction and contribute positively to team culture
What you’ll get:
- Competitive salary based on experience, plus the ability to earn bonuses
- Company supplied phone and laptop
- Expense related car allowance
- Highly supportive and collaborative team culture
- Ongoing training
- Flexible working hours to suit you from a workplace that genuinely values work-life balance
- Systems and support to help you succeed
We want your natural strengths of transparency, honesty, hard work, and excellent customer service to shine through. If you’re ready to join a team where your contribution is valued, leaders always have your back and are genuinely invested in your success, we’d love to hear from you.
