Snap Fitness Beveridge Heathcote Junction | Personal Trainer
This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Heathcote Junction, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.
To be considered
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.
Pay structure
This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:
- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Your responsibilities
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Availability needed
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
