Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Tweed South Kingscliff

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Kingscliff. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

What the role involves





Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Join team workshops and mentoring sessions. Use the team's coaching and admin systems. Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.

Rent and support

Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
