Infyworx is seeking reliable, professional and detail-oriented Night Auditors to support hotels and accommodation properties across Canberra, ACT.
This is a casual, on-call position, offering flexible work opportunities across multiple hotel properties based on operational requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage overnight hotel reception and guest enquiries.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Perform daily financial reconciliations and balance transactions.
- Complete end-of-day audits and prepare reports.
- Review room charges, payments and guest accounts for accuracy.
- Handle reservations and guest requests professionally.
- Respond to guest complaints and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare handover notes.
- Monitor hotel security and follow emergency procedures.
- Ensure smooth overnight hotel operations.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in hotel front office operations.
- Experience with OPERA PMS or a similar property management system.
- Current First Aid certificate (required).
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate recognised in the ACT (required).
- Strong numerical, administrative and computer skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Qualified presentation and a responsible attitude.
- Flexibility to accept casual, on-call shifts across multiple hotel properties.
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
