Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Austral Hammondville

Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Hammondville who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay and super

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid,



CPR and a Working with Children Check.

The role

Coach clients in one-to-one sessions. Work within our coaching and administration processes. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting. Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
