Wolf of the Willows is a proudly independent, family-owned brewery and taproom looking for a reliable, experienced Chef to join our kitchen team at our Taproom in Mordialloc.

- Address: 39 De Havilland Road, Mordialloc VIC
- Pay: $38 - $40 per hour (casual)
- Availability: Thursday–Sunday, including evenings and weekends
- Experience: Commercial kitchen experience, including preparing pizzas and cooking schnitzels, arancini, calamari and chips using deep fryers and a stone pizza oven.
- Responsibilities: Run kitchen service, organise food preparation, manage stock and ordering, and maintain high food safety and hygiene standards.
- Essential requirement: Current Food Safety Supervisor certificate.

Education:

- Certificate I - IV (Preferred)

Experience:

- Chef: 4 years (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (Preferred)

- Australia (Required)
