Job Summary

Infyworx is seeking caring, reliable and dedicated Assistant in Nursing (AIN) / Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to work across multiple aged care facilities in Sydney, NSW.

This is a casual, on-call position offering versatile work opportunities across different locations, depending on staffing requirements and your availability.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist residents with showering, dressing, grooming and personal hygiene.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers and daily living activities.
- Assist with meals and hydration when required.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence and wellbeing.
- Monitor residents and report changes in their condition to nursing staff.
- Follow infection control, manual handling and workplace safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow facility policies.
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Essential Requirements

- Certificate III or IV in Ageing Support, Individual Support or a relevant equivalent qualification.




- Valid National Police Check.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient and respectful attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to accept casual, on-call shifts across multiple locations in Sydney.

Previous aged care or healthcare experience will be highly regarded.
