Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career?

St Marys Band Club is looking for a Club Supervisor to join our leadership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has hospitality experience and is ready to take on more responsibility, develop their leadership skills and build their career in club management.

As a Club Supervisor, you will play an important role in the day-to-day running of the Club. You will be a visible leader on the floor, supporting our teams, making decisions and helping to make sure our members and guests have a great experience.

You will also have the opportunity to gain experience across Gaming, Reception, Food & Beverage, Bars, Functions, Promotions and Entertainment.

About the role

You will be responsible for leading the Club during your shift and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading the Club's day-to-day operations during your shift
- Supporting, guiding and coaching our team members
- Helping staff provide a high level of service to our members and guests
- Managing customer enquiries and complaints
- Making decisions and dealing with issues as they arise
- Overseeing gaming operations, cash handling and large payouts
- Ensuring Responsible Gambling, RSA and other compliance requirements are followed
- Managing incidents, emergencies, security and WHS matters
- Monitoring staffing levels and making changes when required
- Completing shift reports and providing clear handovers
- Supporting promotions, functions, entertainment and major events
- Working with other managers to maintain a safe, professional and positive Club environment

About you

We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step and become a stronger leader.

You will have:

- Previous hospitality,



supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Confidence making decisions and handling difficult situations
- A professional and positive attitude
- The ability to stay calm under pressure
- Good understanding of day-to-day hospitality operations
- Current RSA and ARCG qualifications
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and a rotating roster
